Free mail service and home prescription delivery

We offer convenient mailing of prescriptions to your home. Most prescriptions are eligible for free shipping through Gundersen Moundview Pharmacy or other Gundersen Pharmacies. Please call us for details.

Home delivery of prescriptions is also free of charge for residents living within Adams, Friendship and Westfield city/village limits. Please call us in advance. Most prescriptions will be delivered the next business day after the order has been placed.

When you're visiting our pharmacy for your prescriptions, you'll find more of what you need to get and stay well. We offer over-the-counter medicines and health products, including:

Cough, cold and allergy: antihistamines, decongestants, expectorants, cough suppressants, nasal spray and cough drops/throat lozenges

Diabetic products: diabetic test meter, test strips, lancets, hypoglycemia glucose treatments, lancet device, alcohol swabs and continuous glucose monitoring (CGM)

Digestive system medications: Acid reducers, antiacids, lactose intolerance products, laxatives, stool softeners, nausea remedies, probiotics, hemorrhoidal preparations and laxatives

Ear, eye and nose: allergy eye drops, dry eye drops, ear pain drops, ear wax removal drops, saline nasal spray, decongestant nasal spray, ear plugs and hearing aid batteries

First aid: topical antibiotics/antiseptics, insect bite, liquid bandages, burn treatments, sunburn relief, bandages covers and gauze

Home diagnostic and patient aids: blood pressure monitors, thermometers, canes, heating pads, urinals, cold packs, cervical collar, athletic tape and support wraps

Oral care: canker sore treatments, cold sore treatments and dry mouth therapy

Pain and inflammation relief: arthritis pain relief tabs, migraine relief, topical anti-inflammatory rubs, aspirin, oral anti-inflammatory products and Tylenol

Topicals: antifungals, wart removers, poison ivy and oak remedies, lip balms, foot care products, moisturizers, lotion and creams

Vitamin and mineral supplements: calcium, cranberry supplements, iron, vitamins C and D, prenatal, multi-vitamins and fish oil supplements

Women’s health: urinary pain relief, pregnancy tests, plan B, menopause supplements and yeast infection prevention/relief

Vaccinations and immunizations

Shingrix, Flu, COVID and Tetanus/Diphtheria vaccines are available as an “immunization appointment” for patients 6 years and older through our Friendship and Westfield Clinics. Call (608) 339-3331 to schedule an immunization appointment.

Medication compliance packaging

Our pharmacy offers compliance packaging to help you take the right medications at the right time. We will bubble-pack your daily dosage, as prescribed by your doctor. This service is available at no additional cost. Please call us for details.

Safe medication disposal

Help prevent prescription drug abuse and protect our environment by safely disposing of your unused or unwanted medications in our free drop box. The box is in the hospital lobby/concourse (the hallway that connects our hospital and clinic lobbies) near the vending machine. It is available on weekdays during the pharmacy’s business hours. We accept prescription and over-the-counter medications, pet medications, medicated ointments/lotions, inhalers and liquid medications in leak-proof containers.
