Help and healing in Friendship
Our centrally located, critical access hospital offers emergency and urgent care, imaging, lab, rehabilitation, surgery, inpatient and specialty care. We also house a primary care clinic, retail pharmacy and eye clinic within the hospital. Our goal is to treat our patients and employees as family and to be a true partner in the communities we serve.

Swing Bed
Sometimes, you need additional time to recover and heal following a hospital stay or surgery. Swing Bed is a Medicare program that offers short-term skilled care in a hospital setting. It’s available to all eligible patients, even those who underwent care at another facility. Our multi-disciplinary team will work with you to develop a personalized recovery plan that meets your needs.
Rehabilitation
Our rehabilitation department is a state leader in the number of certified therapists in Fascial Counterstrain. This technique is designed to decrease pain and release spasms in all tissues of the human body. Our patients receive a level of treatment and services that only 70 to 80 people in the world offer. We make radical changes with our patients and welcome tough cases. Therapy can help with many conditions.
