You’ll apply through the Central Application Service for Podiatric Residencies (CASPR) after you register for the National Matching Service. View the application deadline on CASPR.
Application requirements
When you apply through the Central Application Service for Podiatric Residencies (CASPR), include your:
- Curriculum vitae
- Transcript from an AACPM accredited podiatric medical school
Eligibility
You’ll eligible to apply for our residency if you obtained your DPM before the start of the residency in late June and passed the National Board of Podiatric Medical Examiners (NBPME) by July 1. We recommend that you complete a 1-month externship at Gundersen during your fourth year as a podiatric medical student. Contact the externship office at your college for a CASPR externship application.
