Overview
Experience professional growth practicing acute and ambulatory care in our 325-bed academic medical center equipped with a 24-hour pharmacy, a decentralized clinical pharmacist in all inpatient care units and integrated electronic health record. With the support of experienced preceptors and clinician mentors, you’ll provide safe and effective care to a range of patients, including those with multiple co-morbidities, high-risk medication regimens and multiple medications in an evidence-based practice environment. We're proud to hold accredation by the American Society of Health System Pharmacists (ASHP).
Clinical experience
You’ll rotate through core and elective rotations for an individual experience that matches your career goals. With the guidance of clinician mentors, you’ll engage in a philosophy of practice that demonstrates accountability for all aspects of patients' medication use and optimization.
