Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Residency Application
We accept one dentist into our program each year, for a total of 4 residents in our 4-year program.
How to apply
If you graduated or are in your final year of dental school, you’ll apply through the American Dental Education Association (ADEA) Postdoctoral Application Support Service (PASS) by Oct. 15 after registering for the National Matching Program. We’ll hold interviews in the late fall.
Application requirements
When you apply through PASS, include:
- Copy of your National Board of Medical Examiners (NBME) CBSE exam
- Copy of your National Board Dental Examinations (NBDE)
- At least 3 letters of evaluation
- 1 institution evaluation
- Dental school transcript
- Personal statement
- Curriculum vitae
- A 2x2 photo
