Join us Friday, Aug. 1, at Pleasant Valley Sports Club in Clermont, Iowa, for the 3rd Annual Palmer Memorial Foundation Golf Outing. Enjoy 18 holes of golf to support the work of Gundersen Palmer Lutheran Hospital & Clinics. The rain date is Friday, Aug. 8.

Itinerary

8 a.m. - Registration

• Check-in
• Purchase your mulligans
• Mix and mingle
• Driving range access for warm-up

9 a.m. - Golf outing

• 18-hole competition
• Shotgun start
• Four-person, mixed, best shot tournament
• Two teams per hole. Teams can stay together or play one after the other
• Lunch in the clubhouse (meal and drink ticket are included with registration)

What to expect

About the course: Pleasant Valley Sports Club is a beautiful 9-hole golf course providing a complete country club experience from the moment you arrive until you finish your scorecard. To reserve a cart (paid separately), please call Pleasant Valley Sports Club at (563) 423-7396.

Putting for prizes: $5 per putt or three putts for $10.

Flag and hole games: Chance dice! $5 per roll (1 = tee from red, 2 = automatic one putt, 3 = tee from flag, 4 = whammy, 5 = mulligan, 6 = tee from blue) Awards for men's and women's longest drive and more.

Mulligans and string: Not everyone is a golf pro, so purchase your mulligans and string-for-a-stroke at check-in to give your team the best chance.
