New Mom Meet Up
New Mom Meet Up is an open weekly gathering for moms with infants to preschool-age children to connect. Join other moms from the La Crosse area who are in a similar stage of life and learn from experts in wellness and community. You don't have to be a patient of Emplify Health by Gundersen to attend.
There will be light programming and discussions with specialists from Emplify Health by Gundersen and the La Crosse Area Family YMCA, at no cost. Topics will range from nutrition and cooking to mood, sleep and exercise.
Upcoming sessions
Join us weekly on Thursdays from 8:30 to 10 a.m. at the Healthy Living Center, 1140 Main St., La Crosse. Our first session begins Thursday, April 10. Light snacks will be provided. Siblings under age 3 are welcome, too.
Registration
A one-time registration is required. Please complete our online form and check in at the Healthy Living Center front desk when you arrive.
Can’t attend every Thursday? That’s okay. We recognize that new moms are busy and might not be able to attend each meeting. Come when you can.
