Skilled nursing care in Wabasha
Our main campus in Wabasha is home to Gundersen St. Elizabeth's Care Center - Grant Boulevard, a skilled nursing facility with 20 beds. We provide holistic, person-centered care for residents who need short- or long-term care. Our team of professionals works together with each resident's family to design a personalized care plan that includes medical care and therapeutic support, meaningful activities, social connections and family involvement. Our comfortable surroundings and amenities contribute to their well-being. Our care center is a Veterans Affairs (VA) contracted facility.
