
Prune pudding recipe
Makes 24 (2 Tbsp) servings
Ingredients
1 ½ cup pitted prunes
1 cup applesauce
½ cup All-Bran cereal
¾ cup prune juice
Preparation
Mix all ingredients together in blender; puree for one minute. Cover and refrigerate for up to one week; freezes well. Enjoy from a spoon, spread on toast or in hot cereal.
