Ingredients
- 1 cup kale, chopped
- 1 cup green seedless grapes
- 1 pear, peeled and quartered
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup ice
Preparation
Pour water in blender. Add kale, pear, grapes and ice and blend at high speed until completely pureed.
