There are several factors that can influence your mental health. Remember, it is normal to occasionally worry or feel down.

The healthy habits of emotional well-being:
- Take care by exercising and eating and sleeping well.
- Check in with family, friends and counselors.
- Engage your relationships.
- Relax by meditating, gardening, dancing or whatever you enjoy.
Know the 5 signs of emotional suffering:
- personality changes
- agitation
- withdrawal
- poor self-care
- hopelessness
The 5 signs of suffering may mean someone is in emotional pain and might need help.
