Steady Strides
Join Gundersen physical therapists who are certified in PWR! Moves® and LSVT BIG® for a group exercise program for people with Parkinson’s Disease and Parkinsonism.
The program focuses on movements and exercise to improve tasks and movement needed for day-to-day living.

- Counteract Parkinson’s/Parkinsonism symptoms
Upcoming classes and locations
- Mondays and Thursdays, 1:15 to 2:15 p.m., led by Martha Clemmensen, PT, at the Gundersen Winona Campus
- Fridays, 11 a.m. to Noon, led by Alex Docken, PT, at the Onalaska YMCA
Cost is $10 out of pocket per class; credit card payment only at the Onalaska YMCA.
This class is funded, in part, by the Gundersen Medical Foundation.

The Aphasia Support Group provides a supportive space to learn ways to improve communication skills alongside others who may have challenges with speaking, understanding speech, reading and writing.
