About the Grief Education Support Group
The road of grief can be a long, and at times, lonely journey. To support those who have experienced the death of a family member or friend, Gundersen offers a Grief Education Support Group.
This group will give you an opportunity to learn about the grief process and provide the chance for you to talk about your grief. There is no charge for the group, which meets for five sessions. Attendance at all five sessions is most beneficial, but we realize that different times in life can affect availability. We invite you to join us for any, or all of the sessions.
Five-week sessions offered in the spring and fall
Spring sessions:
- Wednesday, April 2
- Wednesday, April 9
- Wednesday, April 16
- Wednesday, April 23
- Wednesday, April 30
The group meets Wednesdays from 2 to 3:30 p.m. in Conference Room B3134, on the third floor of the East Building, on the Gundersen La Crosse Campus. You may park by the north entrance of the East Building in the pink, yellow or orange lots. There is valet assistance for parking, if needed.
