40What You'll Do:
This position includes providing Occupational Therapy services to local school districts. The Occupational Therapist will be responsible for direct therapy services, IEP meetings, assessments, and supervision of a COTA. This position also includes providing some care for birth to three patients.
What's Available:
- Full-Time working 40 hours per week (1.0 FTE).
- Day shift, no weekends, and no holidays required.
- Starting pay of $33.79/hour and up, based on your years of experience.
What You'll Need:
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Current Wisconsin State Occupational Therapy License.
- Infant-Adult Basic Life Support.

Job Description:
Major Responsibilities:
- Works with patient and family members utilizing evaluations and treatment techniques specific diagnostic categories and/or functional impairment. Provide individualized intervention and education utilizing task analysis based on identified learning needs of the patient to ensure optimal patient care.
- Responsible for completing documentation within established department standards to enhance effective patient care and proper reimbursement.
- Complies with department competency list. Interact and practice in collaboration with a variety of professionals and health care consumers. Communicate value of Occupational Therapy Services.
- Participates in departmental and multidisciplinary review of process, treatment, or systems issues for Quality Improvement initiatives.
- Pursues relevant educational opportunities to maintain or enhance professional knowledge and meet departmental needs.
- Performs other job-related responsibilities as assigned.
Education and Learning:
REQUIRED
Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy or a health-related field
Work Experience:
REQUIRED

DESIRED
1 year experience in related field
License and Certifications:
REQUIRED
Occupational Therapist - Wisconsin (OT) Current Infant-Adult Basic Life Support for Health Care Providers (with hands on learning) from one of the following programs; American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
