Stepping On Falls Prevention Program

Classes held:

Mondays, January 22 - March 4
10 am - 12 pm at Eagle Crest North, 351 Mason St NW, Onalaska, WI 

Mondays, March 25 - May 6
2-4 pm at Gundersen Onalaska Clinic, 3111 Gundersen Drive, Onalaska, WI 

The Stepping On program is a 7-week program designed for people over 60 who are living at home and have experienced a fall or are concerned about falling. It is an evidence-based program that is proven to significantly reduce falls in older people living in the community by incorporating strategies to include positive lifestyle changes to keep them confident, independent and active.

Who can benefit?

The program is designed for those individuals who:

  • Are 60 years and over
  • Have had a fall in the past year or is fearful of falling
  • Are living at home
  • Are not suffering from dementia
