- Lipid Panel - $25 (cholesterol, triglycerides, HDL and LDL calc)
- Hematology Wellness - $20 (white and red blood count, hemoglobin, hematocrit and platelets)
- Community Screen - $40 (lipid panel, glucose, TSH)
- Community Wellness - $45 (lipid panel, glucose, TSH, hemoglobin, creatinine, potassium, calcium, ALT, sodium)
- Glucose - $15
- Hemoglobin A1C - $30
- TSH - $20
- PSA - $40 (provider consultation required)
Are appointments needed?
Wellness screening labs are open to the public and no appointment is necessary.
Will insurance cover the cost?
Payment for the labs must be received at the time of service in cash or check; insurance will not be billed.
