      Dr.Derrick and her nurse were very friendly and made me feel very comfortable in a sort of uncomfortable appointment. I felt open to asking questions and my questions were answered right away.

      I sat for a half hour to get in only to find out that the front desk didn't let the nurse know that i was there.It wasn't until she called up to the front desk and wanted to know if i was there before she even new i was there. She then called me back right way and she said i don't know why they didn't let me know you were here.

      Everyone was very kind and understanding with me. I was treated with care and patience. I also appreciated having mostly and all women staff which made me more comfortable as it is a more intimate surgery.

      The entire staff was very pleasant and efficient, but especially the experience I had with the Dr. It was one of a kind. Both my daughter and I consider her super professional, which has made me decide to be her patient.
