Dr Rumball has done several procedures on my hands and has provided excellent care each time, with good outcomes.

Dr Rumball was very knowledgeable about my painful thumb; He had done a surgery on my lt pinky, he remembered it, asked how it was doing, if numb or painful. Great experience with all staff, check in, MA.

MD Rumball is in high demand due to his skill and knowledge of the human hand. I have had him repair both thumbs due to arthritis and they are now as good as new.

Dr. Rumball was comforting from the start. He put me at ease with his detailed explanations. He provided plenty of options. His MA saw I was nervous and immediately started helping me breathe and relax. Great team!

I had to ask to see about a follow up appointment. With 3 broken fingers I thought I would leave with something more than just finger guards.

Only issue was a bit of delay at check-in. I think a newer person was being trained & the person doing the training seemed frustrated. Problem was resolved and both of them reasserted a more friendly attitude for the next patients waiting in line.

Dr. Rumball did a great job. He went into extra length detail which is fine, you know, and but now like I said, just wait and get the surgery done and he gets in, gets out, gets repaired and we're all good. Thank you.

We appreciated Dr. Rumball's calm demeanor and felt confident in his expertise. We wish that we would have gently reminded him during the visit that the point guard on our daughter's team would be a "she," not a "he." Old habits die hard :).

It was obvious right from the start that Dr. Rumball was an expert. His thoroughness and tenacious search for the truth were impressive. I trusted him and his prognosis for my wrist.

Dr Rumball was amazing! He met my son where he's at and really listened to everything! My son is deaf and Dr Rumball went above and beyond to ensure my son understood what he was saying!

My appointment was on time (actually ahead of time). The physician was also in the room right after I was finished with the MA. There was no waiting involved in this visit. Very efficient, yet I felt all my questions and concerns were addresses and nothing was rushed.

Dr. Rumball gave a very complete description of the surgery. He answered my questions as we discussed what I would need for successful surgery . As I work toward setting up the backup I will need I look forward with working with him on improving the functioning level of my hand.

Dr. Rumball is an excellent doctor/surgeon. I saw him 4 years ago for right hand issues and now it's left hand. He did some tests, explained everything in detail and was genuinely concerned. Gundersen is very lucky to have such a great provider as am I.

I had Dr. Rumball for a previous surgery several years ago and was very pleased with the outcome, however, he gave me a cortisone injection this visit and I am still in a lot of pain and discomfort since the injection. I guess I must say I'm very unhappy.

Very knowledgeable and able to explain everything so easy to understand.

Dr. Rumball and the nurse assistant that aided him were exceptional. Everything was explained in a very easy to understand manner and they made me feel comfortable the whole time - even as they were sticking a needle in my finger to help my trigger finger. Everything was excellent and Dr. Rumball explained the realistic expectations I should have, which was awesome. A+ team!
