Every one i was with on my appointment treated me with respect.

Follow up appointments recommended by Doctor not timely available for issue experiencing. So I am to remain in pain for two months until I can see a Doctor to find out what is causing the pain. Ridiculous!

My wife and I are new to the area, having just moved from another part of the state last fall. I'm so impressed with everyone from the staff on the phone, the front desk, back desk and especially Dr. Kelly Fehrenbacher and her staff. I hope to be coming back for a long time!

The provider and the person that checked me in were very friendly and knowledgable. The CNA and check-out staff could have been more friendly and professional. I spoke to the CNA and didn't get any responce more than once. The 2 women working at the check-out desk were both on the phone for quite some time and never even looked up to acknowledge that I was standing there, which was difficult for me.

I am rarely unhappy with my treatment at Gundersen. Have no intention of changing providers.

I was able to see Dr. F. on short notice since I wasn't able to get an appt. with my regular doctor for 3 weeks out. She was caring and concerned and suggested treatment for my issues. I had seen her once previously prior to starting prolia treatments.

I'm so happy to have found a physician who listens and takes the extra time to reach out to peers for additional answers!'

As a world traveler, I have had exposure to a large segment of doctors. I have found my doctor at Sparta to be among the highest caliber and attentive. She did not cut me off when speaking and ensured that my concerns were addressed. She is among my top 3 favorite physicians ever.

My doctor was thorough and listened to my concerns. She is very approachable.

The doctor indicated the name of his the person she was referring me to would show on my visit summary. IT DID NOT. I had to call back upon arriving home and reading the summary. Just inconvenient!

All customer service personnel were very helpful also.

The staff & medical team are great. When needed, I truly trust Gundersen.

The Medicare Wellness Exam visit encompasses a lot of details and then there is always a list of acute and subacute problems. Dr. Fehrenbacher manages this beautifully including a strong follow-up plan.

My appointment went well. Staff were all kind and easy to talk to. Kelly is amazing. Lab staff were amazing too. Thank you all.

Got me in same day. It was late in the day and the provider was filling in for my main provider. I was an unknown to her. I appreciated that she home in.

She very much listened to my concerns and I had multiple concerns. I would like Gundersen to provide handouts or resources for whole Food plant-based doctors ,nutritionist etc. including cardiologist that use whole plant-based lifestyle in their practice. I believe many people would prefer to use lifestyle changes as a source to change their medical situation, instead of masking their health condition with medications. These type of resources are very much needed in health facilities. Not your traditional standard American pyramid plan. Thank you.

I wish a physical was done like they used to be done. There was no ear exam, breast exam, belly exam, etc. Just mainly talking about concerns of mine and hers, others tests to check concerns and she listened to my heart and lungs.

Great treatment from everyone. Computer information was not necessarily accurate. Was recommending things that did NOT need to be done and in the last two years several people have tried to remove medication I used to take but it always returns to my account as if I am still on the medication even though I have not been on it for two years.

Dr Fehrenbacher informed me she would have her nurse contact me after lab results. So many times in past other providers only rely on My Chart to give me information . I really appreciate the direct communication from medical staff to a Patient
