Every aspect was extremely satisfying. I was concerned as I had spotted things in notes from last year's visit that were absolutely false. This was discussed. I was pleased with the treatment plan developed.

I am sad Dr. Knight is retiring, but totally understand.

Great explanation of my situation

The receptionists were excellent. The person that took my blood pressure was excellent. Felt like my doctor should have known more about my recent medical condition/history.

Dr Knight listened to me and answered all of my questions and made helpful suggestions.

The doctor is great, one of the best ever in my life. The only problem is getting an appointment. Too busy, not that this is a solvable problem for a great doctor. But that was my only problem.

The doctor was extremely nice to me and so supportive when I told him I lost weight. Very happy to have him as a doctor.

Listen to all my concerns

I'm concerned that I have undiagnosed ADHD. It's genetic, and my son has it. When I brought this up at my appointment, I felt like it was brushed off. When I tried discussing my symptoms and reasons for thinking I have it, I was told it's all anxiety. I was then told to just up my anti- anxiety pills and start a new one. People can often get missed diagnosed their whole lives with anxiety and depression when they really have an underlying condition like ADHD. I just felt like my concerns were shot down, and I didn't feel heard. I just wanted my appointment to be done so I could leave. I could tell I wasn't getting anywhere with my provider.

Dr Knight is spectacular I'm glad I followed him to gunderson I wouldn't trade him for anything he makes me feel comfortable and makes sure I'm taken care of and I understand everything before I leave

Everyone who I encountered was very gracious and kind to me as I entered the clinic- directed me where I had to go, and the wait was minimal. The nurse was very kind and happy when she took my weight, took my height, blood pressure and asked me if I had more concerns then what I had discussed with the call nurse. I told her about I rash I found during my shower that morning. The Doctor came in shortly after she left, and it was a very pleasant conversation. He knew all about what I was doing and told me to keep it up which was encouraging for me that I am doing things I should be doing to improve my health. We cover all the basics, and he checked the little rash that I had that morning and told me what I could get over the counter to help get rid of it. He was very pleasant and easy to talk to. The whole experience with Dr Knight was enjoyable and I left making the next years appointments with him.

Jonathan is a good provider, I think we are on the same page with my care. Basically I want appropriate vaccines, and my health monitored, which generally means annual checkup with appropriate blood tests and analysis.

Keep up the great work

When will Gundersen get enough Dr's ? Why do you have Dr's keying in all the information that we provide them during our exams. Are Dr's required to be speed typist as well as excellent Dr's. (Just my professional observation not anything the Dr said. ) Dr Knight is an EXCELLENT Dr who covers everything from prior telephone interview. Just a thought for the coordinator of all of this.

I got in right away.

Over the course of eight years and two different providers I've noticed an apparent disconnect between the provider and lab. Lab orders for tests are not consistent with what the provider ordered, neither is there clear communication with me the patient concerning lab orders and what I need to do to prepare.

Well, I would have to say he is finally starting to get to know me because a doctor can't get to know a senior citizen once every three months when they have a lot of medical problems. I think he realizes that I'm a little bit crazy but I'm not stupid. So I'm getting some care I really have longed for for a long time and I'm thrilled about it and he actually didn't force me to wait three more months to talk to him because we didn't cover all of the issues that I need answers to. So I would say it went better than it has in the past and I'm glad he's sending me to a neurologist finally. So I hope it works out good. Bye.
