Very low key and professional.

It was my first time there and the check in on my phone told me to have a seat. I had a seat but I didn't realize that the eye clinic was farther down the way. Luckily I checked in that I had arrived and the gal calling my name stepped into the hall to see where I was.

Let me see. I had my... My problem was a little bit unique. Well, a lot unique. Dr. Hutcheson had to do a little bit more research on that. He answered all my questions. I felt very confident. And he even tracked me down in the parking lot because he had a couple other questions. And I really appreciated that. I'm done. Thank you.
