Dr. Undeland is the Best:) I was quite worn out and had been sick for almost 2 weeks with a virus. I am still under the weather, but each day feel closer to the top of the hill. Dr, Undeland is so patient and kind and so very thorough. He checked me out very well, and discussed my care and made a future Appt for me to see him in a week. What more could I ask. I am just so very Grateful for Dr. Undeland and Gunderson.

Everyone at the La Crescent clinic treated me in a friendly and courteous manner. Dr. Undeland had a pleasing manner, was an excellent listener and asked questions sensitively, as has been the case in previous visits. He is a highly skilled physician and is always thorough and compassionate.

very high bp reading on your machine, 35 points higher than my omron bp742 at home in the 180s and im in the 140's at home. I feel well and do not want to do bp medication if unnecessary. It grips my arm much tighter than at home even though my at home omron has new batteries and much tighter than i have had at other medical facilities.

Dr Undeland is a very competent and caring Dr. He goes over every issue thoroughly and explains everything clearly. He is aware of my lifestyle and supports what I am doing to maintain good health.

The La Crescent Clinic is fantastic asset to our community with a very caring and competent staff.

I'm blessed to have chosen & stayed with Gundersen for over forty years! As I age I certainly wish I could live closer. As one ages it's not so easy sometimes to get there! I hate to think I'd be forced to switch facilities it's frightening!

While I hadn't met Dr Undeland previously, I had heard very good things about him. I felt heard and respected. Dr Undeland provided several options for my care and allowed me time to make a sound decision. I came in in excruciating periodic pain and left with hope. Within a few hours, I could walk, for the first time in months, without pain. I am grateful for the staff and for the care I received.

Gundersen has never disappointed me. Great Customer Service, great care & great people. I am so lucky to have such great care available to me in my hometown!

Looked for a new doctor and found one I really like. Small clinic atmosphere is also a real plus.

Great probing questions to be sure that he really understood exactly what we were trying to convey and really good explanations about all of our concerns by Dr. Undeland! And, best of all, we truely understood our current health and how to proceed.

Dr. Undeland listens carefully to addresses all concerns. His manner makes it easy to discuss my health issues.

Dr. Undeland was amazing. He was familiar with all of my past history and conditions which made my visit go very smoothly and made it less stressful for my wife and I. This is the first time I have seen Dr. Undeland and I have switched to him for my primary care provider. I trust him entirely with my care.

This is a 5 Star clinic for good reason. Check in staff is efficient, energetic and polite [staff information removed]. Everything is clean, wait times regularly brief. There is an ambience of competence and concern that I believe to be in line with my primary care doctor.

Replacing the name of this storied organization, Gundersen, with a meaningless, made-up word like Emplify is, in my opinion, an idea with no merit.

Dr Undeland is wonderful!!! I've been dealing with this knee issue & got no help or explanations or ideas until yesterday. He was great!!!! He had me schedule an appointment for a month from now to see how things are going. That was a fabulous idea!!!! He l Is the best!!!

I like Duane as a person and as a doctor. I enjoy the small town setting with a relaxed atmosphere. No waiting in line, no parking issues, timely appointments and in house lab results. One stop shop!
