Shouldn't have to book out over a year

one opportunity for improvement would be to have a better coordination between precheck in and check in as far as Medicare questions go. I answer them on lone and I still get them asked at physical check in.

As usual I'm so satisfied across the board with all my providers! From checking in to checking out everyone is kind caring and patient and helpful! My Doctors are all EXCEPTIONAL! I'm treated as a whole person patient. A lot of times one problem is more complicated and I feel all my issues are considered careingly and completely!

Not the provider's fault, but I was prescribed medication that was denied insurance coverage. I believe doctor and pharmacy are trying to work through it now. I have heard many stories about insurance headaches, it appears I am becoming part of the story.

Was very surprised how quickly I was able to get an appointment for dermatology.

Appointment was great. She was super knowledgeable. I just wish we had more time. I think the appointment was about 15 minutes long, but I feel like we didn't get through everything. But I do trust her and I feel like she is super helpful. And I just wish we had more time. All right, thanks.

I thank God for Gundersen clinic and that it is so close to me. They always make me feel that they have my back.

A medical student was present during the visit to observe. This was a little uncomfortable, although he was very professional.

Dr. Farrell and her assistants are very pleasant and efficient. They listened and responded appropriately to my questions , and clearly explained procedures and follow up. Dr. Farrell has been my dermatologist for several years and I absolutely trust her.

Waiting 18 months for a 12 month recheck was frustrating but I trust Dr. Farrell & wouldn't want to see anyone else.

The clerk who checked me in didn't complete the last step. I waited in the patient waiting area until the PA, who recognized me, asked if I checked in because they didn't have me checked in. She apologized and said that the clerk who checked me in was new and did't complete the last step.

the cheese fondue and chocolate fountain in the waiting room with jazz piano and real living reindeer was a big hit.

After having a couple of providers that I didn't feel great about, I am grateful to have this one. She is incredible and always makes me feel comfortable and cared for. She understands the concerns that I have and always makes sure that I know how to get in touch with her if I need to get in sooner due to anything that may come up. I am incredibly grateful for such great care with this provider!!

Really tired of all the redundant online pre-check in questionnaires and the same, sometimes repeat questions asked again at check-in.

Only problem with recommending to others is the difficulty in getting a timely appt if your a new patient.

I was disappointed that when you come in that the Dr. would not check you all over for any skin issues. It was only when I asked to be looked at all over did the Dr. do it. It is like they don't want to do anything more then they have to.

I thought my doc was, she was doing an exam and I thought she was 95% thorough but not 100%.

I tried to schedule online but found it difficult to know if that is an option for this provider. The list of providers is not in alphabetical order and isn't searchable. I ended up calling to schedule, but I wasted time trying to schedule online.

Excellent as usual. The popularity of Dr. Farrell and availability of Gundersen dermatologists in general makes it extremely difficult to obtain an appointment even six or more months in the future. That is my only complaint, and I understand the problem's source.

April and her student were both professional during the session

As a patient, while I believe that my care was quite thorough, I felt more like a car being brought in for service and lifted onto a hoist than a person. I do not have any criticisms of the doctor or other personnel, as I'm sure they are only trying to do their jobs as well as they can in the limited amount of time that they have. But overall, everything seemed like getting things done quickly was the top priority, period. I have had a skin check done elsewhere where I felt like I was treated as more of a whole patient, not just a body that needs to be put up on the hoist, checked over, and sent out the door. I have no complaints about the doctor or anyone else. I just think that te overall experience leaves much to be desired.

This was an emergency visit for a growth and they were fantastic. I got in the next day and they took a biopsy. I really appreciate their concern and how quickly this could be resolved. Everyone from Dr Farrell, nursing, and scheduling was just wonderful. Thanks

The provider asked me to schedule a follow up in 12 months. When I attempted to do this, I was told it was not possible. That was frustrating. I was only able to schedule a follow up with a PA.

I absolutely LOVE Dr. Farrell and her care. She is incredibly skilled and professional. I am a spotty woman, but she takes the time to look thoroughly and discuss everything fully with me. She and her staff are some of my most fulfilling doctor visits through Gundersen. However, she should be paid whatever she wants and you should hire others like her so she does not burn out and leave. Thank you!

smooth experience from start to finish

Dr. Farrell is the 4th dermatologist I have had and is by far the best.

I had trouble finding the clinic which caused me to miss my appointent time. Called notifying them I would be late and when I informed them I drove an hour and a half they checked with the staff and were able to work me in. Soooo thankful, it had been a year since my last checkup. April took time to answer my questions. All personel (sp?) were very accomidating. Thank you again.

This was my first time to visit this facility & my experience was positive. It was easy to navigate the parking, building etc. I was taken on time & even with a procedure, I was finished in 35 mins. The staff were very friendly.

I think Dr Farrell is a wonderful doctor. I absolutely hate how Gundersen treats its patients like we're cattle. Gundersen only cares about making money, you don't even allow doctors the proper amount of time to address the concerns that you're seeing us for. 15 minutes per patient?? Gundersen has become nothing but a greedy financial institution. Healthcare and wellness has definitely taken a backseat to greed.

Dr. Farrell is amazing! She listened attentively to my concerns and provided personalized treatment that yielded positive results. The entire team at the clinic displayed a high level of professionalism and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit.

Only negative was that it took over 2 YEARS (27 months) to get in to see a dermatologist. However Dr. Farrell was great and next appt is in only 14 months.

Dr Ferrell and her Assistants are wonderful. She is kind, caring and very efficient. It would be great if biopsy results could be produced within 24 hours of the first appt but I do understand if it takes a bit longer.

Dr. Farrell was excellent. I know the Derm dept is short staffed and it took almost 1-1/2 years to get in. Hopefully GHS can get dept fully staffed so wait periods aren't as long. I know GHS is trying!
