Good experience

Tammy Plondke is a super nurse and I don't have a doctor now, he's on leave and I feel very safe with her and so I will see her whenever I have to. So she's really good. Thank God for her and the other nurse practitioner that we have. Thank you Tammy.

Tammy is an exceptionally great person to have to sit down and talk with. And she shares her feelings when I ask her personal questions. And I really, really like her. She's very knowledgeable. I've had a few problems and she has advised me on them. She's just an excellent person and I really, really, really like her. I have recommended her to all of my friends and I know several have changed and have gone to her. So I'm very, very, very pleased with all the way there. Everybody smiles at you when you walk into that clinic over there. And I was always ready to greet you personally by name.

I seen a different care provider than normal and I found that she was more proactive with the issues I had discussed with my other care provider over a year ago with no results. Will definitely be switching who I see regularly. I feel like she went out of her way to help me with making sure the medication I needed was affordable even with my insurance

The team at Gundersen is always respectful and patient when I take my girls in. Tammy made my very anxious daughter feel comfortable. She told her sister and peers how wonderful it was to go to the doctor. It makes me feel great knowing that a scary situation can be so positive for her.

I feel personally, and genuinely; loved, respected, cared about, and treated like I'm family, whenever I come, for an appointment. Tammy, and her nurse, are Great, and the others are, too. I completely trust that I am professionally, and individually, treated by those who truly, and sincerely, care about me.

I was on a cancellation list with an appointment the next day in another Gunderson location because there was no time available earlier. I appreciate being called when I had time to get to the location when called.

I was so glad to get in to see Tammy yesterday. I am not normally her patient, but was treated as if I was. I talked to 2 different nurses earlier in the week, which did not provide any results. I was very frustrated, and still sick. I called in the morning to get first available appointment. I was given a 10:15 with Tammy. I'm now on the right track, and starting to feel human again.

The entire staff at Gundersen Lutheran and Prairie Du Chien Clinic are so kind, from the ladies that check you in, to the nurses to, and Tammy Plondke has been wonderful. She's seen my children since they were very small, and it's just been an overall wonderful experience. Thank you. Thank you so much.
