My first time seeing Dr Stephens. I was dealing with some extreme stress and she was fantastic. I left feeling so much better than when I came in. Thank you.

She wasn't my dr/surgeon leading up to this appointment. She seemed uninterested, anxious to get in and get out. A bit disappointing following the thoughtful care [staff information removed] provided.

Dr. Stephens and her team helped me through a difficult / painful procedure a year ago and I remain grateful for their compassion and expert care, both then and now. Everyone in that office, very much including the reception staff, has treated me with professionalism and kindness.

I was impressed that the Dr. was able to do a uterine biopsy right away with my appointment and I did not have to wait for a future appointment.

My experience on this day was good but my experience leading up to was not great. I was not notified by my primary that I was being referred, I just got a call saying I had an abnormal pap and needed to schedule a colposcopy. This left me scared and confused. I would have appreciated a heads up from my provider that I was being referred and to be given the option to talk to a obgyn before saying that I needed to schedule another procedure.

Dr. Shannan was exceptional I have a learning disability that makes it hard for me to comprehend things so her showing me a diagram of my uterus and explaining step by step what was gonna be done and where everything was located, and she was super nice! Definitely would recommend her to everyone and anyone I know!

Both Dr Stephens and her medical assistant make these emotional and sometimes difficult appointments as seamless as possible. They offer empathy, support, and kindness. I felt very heard as I navigated some tough topics and how I'd like to proceed... I was grateful for options and the ability to share my concerns. These two are an amazing team and I am so grateful.
