I had talked about an ongoing problem with another doctor in another department. Those in that department wanted to talk over my issue with Dr. Ringstrom. I received a call from Dr. Ringstrom's office and was given an appointment the next day. It seems Dr. Ringstrom found my problem and his treatment seems to be working.

Dr. Ringstrom makes you feel comfortable as soon as he came in the room. The check in staff are wonderful. There was quite a line of people that came in and they worked efficiently and make you feel like you were the only one checking by not rushing or speaking rudely. Very impressed with the front desk staff. The first impression of a person's visit. They hit it out of the park!

Dr. Ringstrom was excellent in explaining what the plan was with my child's care. He was very understanding and compassionate towards my concerns. I would recommend him to anyone looking for an ENT specialist!

Dr Ringstrom is absolutely wonderful. He was compassionate and went above and beyond from my cancer diagnosis, surgeries and every follow appointment since. Very thorough, approachable and knowledgeable. My wife and I could not be more happy we've had Dr Ringstrom to guide us these past 3 years. He is the best!

I was told my sinus where fine and that I was probably having migraines. So does migraines cause you sinus to constantly drain down the back of you throat? I felt like I was being rushed. He spent no more that 10 minutes with me.

There was some confusion as to whether my appointment was in Lacrosse or Onalaska. It was my mistake but Dr. Ringstrom and his staff quickly corrected it.

Dr Mark Ringstrom asked many good questions and listened thoroughly to my answers to make his most accurate assessment. He was very kind and seemed very willing to help me, like he truly cared about me.

They got things done in a timely manner. Needed something extra that wasn't scheduled and they got that taken care of also. Awesome.

Doc was very efficient in discharging his services, very pleased with him.

I always receive excellent care there. My only problem ever is that I don't hear and sometimes I wish that receptionist and check-in personnel would realize they are dealing with hearing impaired people. It's especially hard on the phone when I call so I just walk in to talk with someone face to face. It's a bit more time consuming but I understand better. I don't know what the answer is. Is there some new technology available? Like maybe captioning at the check in desk? Like I said, I don't know the answer.

Dr. Ringstrom and his MA are incredible. They both go out of their way to make my daughter's visits a pleasant experience for her. They're gentle, patient, and do a great job of explaining the situation and next steps. Thankful for the ongoing care they've provided!

He explained what was going on with my sinuses and we both decided surgery had to be done again. Dr. Ringstrom and [staff information removed] came up with a date that would work for both of us.

The audiologist was very good. I felt the hearing test was accurate, and she explained it well. The one negative was that I had to wait quite a while for Dr. Ringstrom. Apparently, he had to do something unexpectedly. But even though it delayed my day (and caused some problems later) he took his time and explained things well. I have confidence in his care.

We have seen so many people in my sons 2 months for trouble feeding. Dr Ringstrom was the first person to find a tongue tie and cut it. Thank you so much. Feeding is going so much better.

I have chronic ear disease and have seen Dr. Ringstrom now for the last, oh gosh, almost six or seven years. He's always been very good at getting me in. I tend to get lots of ear infections and he is always listening to me and my concerns and we are moving forward with surgery to see what we can do to help with the chronic ear infections and the hearing loss. Great doctor, great bedside manner. Would recommend him to anybody.

Ive never been to a doctor who had no plan, no diagnosis, no treatment plan. If I got worse he would send me somewhere else. I did read my release papers. A one word diagnosis that was never mentioned to me during my visit. Or what to do about it. Waist of my time and money. I'm so disappointed.

Dr. Ringstrom has always been great to our family, both me as the parent and my son as the patient. There have even been times where I wanted my son to be seen ASAP and his team is able to get us in within a matter of hours or days.

Dr Mark and staff are "OUTSTANDING".
