My one thing against my visit to the emergency ward was I don't know how long we were down there but it was a very, very long time. But I understand that because I guess it happened on a Monday and it was a busy day for emergency. But we had very little contact with anyone there. It seemed like we were just sitting and waiting and waiting and waiting. I'm sorry but I was taken to emergency because I had this terrific pain. I'm sorry if I didn't give a good ranking to things but my mind was blurred and I was just hurting. And it seemed impossible that I had come to emergency and was not taken care of. But I realized that after listening to people that they were right.

The entire experience was beyond expectations.

She's a wonderful person, listens to everything I tell her and she recommends great things for me that have helped with my health. Her staff is wonderful and she is the nicest lady I have ever met and I would never switch doctors so just so you know that. Love you Kelley.

All friendly introducing themselves and their purpose Kelley does not lecture, she leans back in her chair and talks the situation. Has a sense of humor and knows when to use it. Kelley is a good person and physician.

Charging full amount at check in and not asking or sending to insurance stinks. That I have to say to submit to insurance each time and just can't have it in my file is such a costumer inconvenience
