The wait was extremely long. Our check in was at 4:00 and we didn't see the doctor until 5:00 very long for a toddler to have to wait.

We had a little bit of a wait, but Dr. Gerhard was so kind and informative when he came in. Only suggestion would be to try to estimate (loosely) wait time to set expectations.

As a first time mom I wish at appointments for well child visits they would offer more of things to expect next or things to have done (cutting milk before bed time by x months for example) by a certain time/the next visit. I understand each kid is different but we come to you as experts and it's hard to know what to expect for our child!

Dr. Gerhard is just wonderful not only with the care to my child but makes me feel like I'm doing well as a parent!

Dr. Gerhard is always a pleasure to see. We can't say enough good about him! The MA working with him was wonderful also!

The staff were fabulous. The doctor offered a wonderful menu of options for my son's immunizations and it helped the process immensely! The nurse conducting the immunizations took her time and was accommodating! We were so thankful as the process has never been so smooth for my son!

Things seemed to be running very behind, we thankfully were able to receive my daughter's vaccinations before the provider came in. The provider didn't see us until an hour after our scheduled time and I felt a little more rushed out of our appt than usual. But, overall we do love our provider and are grateful for his care and knowledge!

I always appreciate how validating Dr. Gerhard is. He is very patient and will address any questions that we have.
